Day 4 - Hello Humidumfunemcaeruleum
This is Humidumfunemcaeruleum.
It lives in the tower. It is one of many possible denziens, and at the moment doesn't do much other than wander around and bob. I didn't know it was going to exist, but it does. There are many creatures there that I don't know will exist. But they will!
Inventory management now more or less works. Have a peek!
Weapons can now be loaded and unloaded into loadout slots. The game takes care of this for the player, by loading the weapon into the first available slot (if any are available).
It's starting to look like a game. It doesn't really play like one yet. But I remain confident that it will - and soon!
Aside from making music like I said I would, I more or less got everything done today that I expected to.
Things I did today:
• Walked for 20 minutes in a super heavy rain shower. Thanks rain! I love getting drenched.
• Made the GUI actually do stuff.
• Drew more graphics.
• Made the monster generator do things.
What I'm going to do tomorrow:
• Work on more GUI things, I suspect.
• Likely draw more graphics.
• Hopefully make some music!
• Start adding items to the game, rather than placeholders.
